Does your firm have specific human rights policies and procedures in place to reflect its recognition of the UNGPs in relation to management of the firm and its own business practices, e.g., in relation to the engagement and onboarding of clients and procurement? How does your firm ensure that lawyers are aware of and have access to in-house human rights expertise?
